       BGAC (Beijing General Aviation Co., Ltd.) is built in 2012 by BAIC Group Company, to development general aviation industry. BGAC aims to build and operate as the core of the aircraft manufacturing and industrial chain with high added value of related services to support, strengthen the combination of industry and finance, to maximize the value of the customer oriented enterprises.
       BGAC subsidiary companies include: Beijing Pan-Pacific Aviation Technology Company, BGAC Jiangxi helicopter Company and Shandong General Aviation Company. Our business includes from aircraft design, R&D, airworthiness, to the production, manufacturing, assembly sales, maintenance, training and operation throughout the whole industry chain.
       Beijing general aviation industry planning
       In October 2011, Beijing released the "Beijing general aviation industry development plan (2011-2020)", the overall planning of the Beijing general aviation industry's guiding ideology, development goals and development ideas. Beijing city will begin to accelerate the development of general aviation industry, combined with its own advantages, occupy the high-end industry.
       1) to become the domestic general aviation technology research and development, production and manufacturing, operational services, personnel training, financial exhibition, sports leisure leader;
       2) to become the world general aviation industry transfer important bearing area.
       Introduction of signed projects
       On March 18th, 2014, BGAC and PAL signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at BAIC Group in Beijing. New Zealand Prime Minister John Key and Beijing Mayor Wang Anshun attended the event.
       On Nov. 2014, during China president Mr. Xi Jinping visit New Zealand, BGAC Chairman Mr. Xu Heyi and PAL Mr. Christopher Verissimo signed an Equity Cooperation agreement. BGAC and PAL will establish a JV to manufacture and sale P750 single-engine, propeller, fix-wing aircraft.
       On 11 June 2014, BGAC and AugustaWestland company signed a MOU in Great Hall of the People, China prime minister Mr.Li Keqiang and Italy prime minister Mr. Matteo, Aaron attended the event. BGAC and AugustaWestlan will seek long-tern cooperation opportunity to service Chinese helicopter market as well as establish manufacture, maintenance and training ability in China.
       On Oct. 2014, the both parties signed a formal cooperation agreement valued 400 million euros, BGAC will introduce a variety models of helicopter such as AW 139, AW 169 AW189 and related training, spare parts, technical support, etc. to China.
