Management Trainee Program
Introduction:
The Coca-Cola system in China is comprised of Coca-Cola China and its Bottling partners which include Swire Coca-Cola (太古可乐), Kerry Coca-Cola (嘉里可乐), and COFCO Coca-Cola (中粮可乐). The Management Trainee Program is designed to:
· Equip you with knowledge in a particular functional area through on-the-job development supported by periodic formal training.
· Support you with management training and development as well as business- awareness skills developed through cross-functional experience.
· Help you understand the overall Coca-Cola business, our values and culture.
· Enable continuous evaluation and review of your progress against a clear set of challenging and demanding standards, which you need to achieve in order to progress and fulfil your potential within the organisation.
· Prepare you for your first management role and to develop your career in Coca-Cola.

Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor Degree
Language: Excellent writing and speaking skills in both Chinese and English
Competency: Good Communication Skills
Planning & Execution Capability
Problem Solving Ability
Teamwork Spirit
