Key Responsibilities and Measures:
Audit job descriptions for assigned functional groups to ensure each position has been included in the job description library.
Review consistency of content and leveling for each positions audited.
Generate human resource metrics by obtaining data from Human Resources Business Partners.
Assist with record keeping by completing file audits, updating internal spreadsheets and reporting any discrepancies to HR Business Partner or designee.
Participate in Company audits by reviewing data and researching requests.
Performs other HR duties as assigned
Applicants should be Bachelor or above of Human resources, Administration or Business majors with proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills are all essential to this position. At least 3 days per week for work in our Shanghai office
