B.DEVELOPMENT HISTORY
2010: Found of Beijing Capital Airlines Co., Ltd.
2013: Business scope broadened to air transportation of passengers and cargo, both domestic (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and international.
2015: Opening of the first intercontinental route.
2016:Both brand value and operating revenue break through 10 billion. Capital Airlines became a large and medium-sized airline.

D.STAFF STRUCTURE
As of May 2017, there were 4353 full-time employees working for Capital Airlines including 2676 (61.59% of the total) with bachelor degrees, which is considered a high level in the Chinese civil aviation industry. Capital Airlines has outstanding flight teams and ground support teams. There also were 3155 senior technical employees including pilots, maintenance, navigational matters and flight attendants, accounting for 72.61% of the total.

“Dream of Guang’ai”: Guang’ai School is a charity school. The kids of it took Capital Airlines’ Paul Frank themed flight from Beijing to Haikou, joining the 3-day Haikou Guang’ai volunteer activity.
“Infinite love”charity donation: All the money has been used for buying study and daily materials for the students of Hainan Hope School.

Capital Airlines always carries out the concept “safety is the life line and high pressure line”, strengthening the security concept, team, regulations and responsibility systems. It has been operating safely for 11 years, winning Flight safety Star Award of CAAC. Meanwhile, Capital Airlines have won the trust of passengers by high flight punctuality rate and high quality service.
G.ROUTES NETWORK
1.International Routes
Capital Airlines startedinternational services in 2014, starting from Hangzhou, Xi’an, Beijing, Qingdao to Japan, Korea and southeast Asia. Wide-body aircraft have been introduced in 2015. Then intercontinental services have been started, including Europe (Madrid, Copenhagen), Australia (Melbourne) and North America (Vancouver). In 2017, the services would be expanded to Sydney, London, Ribbon, Moscow and etc.
In the future, Capital Airlines will take the opportunity of new Beijing airport, carrying out the strategy of “Capital to Capital”. The airline network will cover metro cities and main tourism targets of the 5 continents.
2.Domestic Routes
Capital Airlines’ operational scope has continued to expand since the very beginning. The airline networkwasset, connecting surrounding areas, including first and second tier business and tourist cities, based in Beijing, Guangzhou, Sanya and Xi’an as the centers.

七.航线网络
1.国际航线
首都航空自2014年开始开通国际航线,国内始发以杭州、西安、北京、青岛为主,前期主要开通至日本、韩国、东南亚地区的中短途旅游包机航线,2015年引进宽体机,逐步开通至欧洲(马德里、哥本哈根)、澳洲(墨尔本)、北美(温哥华)的远程洲际航线,并实现国际航线自营。2017年,首都航空将进一步开通至悉尼、伦敦、里斯本、莫斯科等国际都会城市的远程洲际航线。
未来,首都航空将借助进入北京新机场运营的契机,加大北京运力投放,落实“首都飞首都”战略,围绕北京着力构建覆盖世界五大洲重点都会城市和主要旅游目的地城市的国际航线网络,打造北京市属航空品牌形象。
2.国内航线
自成立以来,首都航空航线的运作范围不断拓展延伸,为建立品质化的航线网络, 构建了以北京、广州、三亚、西安为中心辐射周边的区域式航线网络结构,辐射全国一二线商务及旅游城市。
