LOGIC DESIGN & VERIFICATION ENGINEER(Full Time)

Responsibilities
Participate in the design and verification of complex, high performance and high integration ASICs and FPGAs used in Cisco networking equipments.

Responsibilities include:
• Hardware logic design using Verilog HDL language, synthesis to gate and timing closure to meet the performance requirement
• Implement Design for Test logics to improve the quality and reliability of the design, plus enhance in system test and debug capability
• Module and full chip functional verification, formal verification and test patterns simulation
• Assist in prototype bring up in the lab
Skills Required
• Experienced in RTL design with Verilog HDL.
• Experience of Block and chip level verification with industry recognized methodology, knowledge of Systemverilog or SystemC is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience of STA (timing closure) and DFT.

Responsibilities
This new university hire is for the Mechanical Component Quality and Technology team. The team is responsible for Mechanical parts, such as: screw, nut, EMI gasket, sheet metal enclosure and custom plastic parts. The new hire will work in the following areas:

• Process hardware part number requests and approved vendor list updates.
• Review mechanical drawings of interchangeable parts for multi-sourcing.
• Collect and analyze supplier quality data and provide feedback before supplier business reviews. Data could be gathered from several sources: contract manufacturers, Cisco Mfg Ops teams (e.g. line stop/line alert) and Mechanical Hardware, enclosure suppliers.
• Work in cross functional teams, councils and provide input/update to mechanical productibility guidelines, Mechanical Hardware specifications.

Responsibilities
