Job Description：

Proposal and implementation of speech signal feature analysis and related researches.

Acoustic character modeling algorithms researches.

Job requirements：
1.Speech signal processing related major, master or above;
2.At least one kind of experiment of speech signal processing, speech recognition and language recognition;
3.Skilled in C, C++ and HTK;
4.Familiar with pattern recognition and machine learning theories;
5.Quick learner and researching capability;
6.Proficiency in English;
7.With a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team team-spirit;
8.International journal/conference paper publication in the related areas is a plus
