Societe Generale (SG) is committed to long-term development of the financial industry in China. To cope with the investment and support the growth agenda of SG China, SG has launched a new “Management Trainee Program” in China to recruit and develop a group of outstanding young talents into future leaders.
Selected talents will be developed under a (2+2)-year structured program where diversified training and development tools will be applied to fast-track them into competent leaders in 4 to 5 years. Job Responsibilities:
· To maximize the sales of the bank’s products, and to meet/exceed specific targets where appropriate;

· To provide excellent customer services to clients and make sure all enquiries and complaints are accurately and effectively resolved to the satisfaction of customers;

Principal Responsibilities:
· To ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided at all times and that customers’ individual banking needs are fully met in a professional and competent manner

Principal Responsibilities
· Undertake first level credit analysis, credit due-diligence and completion of credit files.
· Expedite and monitor the credit file approval process.
· Evaluate credit facility requests from CRMs according to bank’s risk appetite and strategy based RAROC analysis or other appropriate methodology and management initiatives.
· Verify data concerning approved facilities, credit commitment and outstanding.
· Report significant business events, financial trends, industry developments and other relevant issues relating to financial position of clients.
· Review and assess client’s credit risk rating at least annually, or as driven by special events, using Starweb, Loan Studio or other analytical tools.
· Address inquiries from clients or internal parties timely and responsively.
