Job Title: Digital Design Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Requirements:

-Ms or above graduates, major in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related;
-Digital IC Design experience in a product development environment;
-Proven IC Design skills;
-Be familiar with logic design, synthesis, static timing analysis, and verification; ASIC EDA tools used in synthesis, simulation, static timing analysis, and formal verification;
-Knowledge of Verilog/VHDL design languages
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Job responsibilities:

-Working with a Architecture/Algorithm Development Team to finalize system architecture for optimal implementation of digital signal processing algorithms, including architectural definition and tradeoffs, die size estimation.
-Work very closely with physical design engineers from floorplan through final parasitic extraction to ensure smallest area and highest performance possible.
Job Title: Analog Design Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Requirements:

-Ms or above graduates, major in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related;
-Analog IC Design experience in a product development environment;
-Proven Analog IC Design skills;
-Proven experimental skills and lab/bench expertise;
-Perform transistor level, analog and mixed signal integrated circuit design of various cells and blocks within custom chips for the hard disk drive industry. Examples of some blocks are: voltage regulators, bandgap circuits, data converters (DAC, ADS), low noise amplifiers, line drivers, multipliers, temperature sensing circuits, filters, operational amplifiers, variable gain amplifiers, control logic, serial port controller.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

-Managing the design from concept to product launch as a member of a development team.
Job Title: Architect
Location: Shanghai
Requirements:

-Ms/PhD graduates, major in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related;
-Strong background in signal processing and/or coding experience in a product development environment;
-Proficiency in C/C++, Matlab, and other related programming languages is pre-requisite
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Job responsibilities:

-Work with the “Read Channel Architecture and Advanced Development Organization” to develop the world most advanced signal processing and coding technologies to enable super high density recording in disk drive and other storage applications.

-Statistics knowledge is preferred

Job responsibilities:

-To support new product release and manage product characterization for eventual robust production release
-Drive yield improvement activities at both wafer sort and final test areas and work in conjunction with foundries to reduce product defectivity
-Manage product costs and drive for cost reduction initiatives
-Deploy yield engineering tools for analysis and drive for corrective actions
-Analyze product return from customers to improve test coverage and reduce product dppm
