　　Named as ORANGE program, TNT Management Trainee Programme is aiming at discovering and cultivating the talents with TNT managerial potential and enabling them to accumulate professional skills and experience in depth and width and obtain the comprehensive understanding of TNT corporate operations and business culture.

　　TNT Management Trainee Programme will last for one and a half years and it includes: the first 3 months of new employee induction，the following 1 month of functional selective training and the rest 14 months of condensed training in focus functions. The 7 TNT core competency-based training such as People Management, Communication, Managing Results, Delighting Customers, Teamwork, Continuous Improvement and Integrity will run through the whole training period.

　　Named as APPLE program,TNT Advanced Management Trainee Programme is aiming at discovering and cultivating the talents with middle management including General Manager of TNT branches potential and enabling them to accumulate professional skills and experiences in depth and width and obtain the comprehensive understanding of TNT corporate operations and business culture.

　　TNT Advanced Management Trainee Programme will last for one year, which includes the first 3 months of new employee induction and the following 3 months of overseas training and the last half year of job attachment and coaching at TNT branches. The 9 TNT core competency- based training such as People Management, Communication, Managing Results, Delighting Customers, Teamwork, Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Change Management and Strategic Awareness will run through the whole training period.

　　During this one year programme, through professional classroom training and coaching of senior managers, the trainees will completely melt into corporate culture and operation of the function they are in and build up solid basis for the breakthrough of their career development.
