主要职责:
根据美容顾问实际情况进行柜台实地培训, 协助经理做好美容顾问课堂培训
招聘、发展、考核、激励美容顾问
专柜柜台日常管理
及时跟进和反馈产品分销及价格问题
及时准确提供报表记录
具体要求如下：
1． 大学本科
2． 热爱化妆品事业；
3． 具有较强的领导、良好的组织、沟通能力，善于激励及人员管理；
4． 良好的英文基础；
5． 良好电脑技能，如电子邮件、Excel、word等；
6． 当地城镇户口优先考虑。
