Trainee Program is a 2-years' program at maximum. It aims to build our future pipeline of bench and leadership talents for management, engineering, Agro, sales, etc. We provide fast track career development for the outstanding performers after joining PepsiCo. We will have mentor, coach and buddy to support the trainee' s growth and organize the networking for trainees to exchange information and build an interactive community.
