Job Descriptions:
•Support regional marketing projects like sponsorships, vehicle launch and etc
•Participate in regional marketing meetings, support meeting reports and action tracking
•Track brand performance in key markets, develop monthly report on sales and newsflash
•Collaborate with vendor/agency for digital marketing execution
•Support Asia Pacific markets requests like marketing toolkits
•Website building and maintenance in collaboration with IT colleague
Qualifications:
•Postgraduate student of top universities, major in Management or Economics a plus
•Language skills in English and Mandarin
•Knowledge of automotive industry and dealer operations a plus
•Proficient PC knowledge, experienced with Excel and Power Point required
•Multi-national corporation intern experience preferred.

•Experience in product planning, statistics a plus

•Collect data from different systems and make management report and travel report monthly
•Follow up and analyze feedback from all departments on reports by communicating with units and departments
•Deal with inter-company expense re-bills between AP and other units by communicating with other units and relative contact persons via email or telephone
•Making process control of POR (Purchasing Order Requisition) & Allied Invoice
Qualifications:
•Graduate student major in finance
