founded in March 1995, is one of Nortel's key joint ventures. Continuing
its tradition of innovation by technology transfer, localization, research
and development, Guangdong Nortel provides secure solutions, comprehensive
equipments and professional service to her customers, becoming the key hub
for Nortel in the circle of the research, manufacturing and customer service
all over the world.
In order to help customers stay ahead of threads, a Research and Development
Center with sophisticated technical capabilities was established in Dec.
1995 in Guangzhou City, who undertakes major responsibilities in Nortel
and her partners' development program. Now R&D coverage of the center
keeps expanding, wireless, 3G, NGN haven been the key focus of our current
R&D effort as well as Converged Network.
Guangdong Nortel keeps developing overseas technical service market besides
of serving the national market. Now, the products from Guangdong Nortel
have been exported to various countries including USA, Canada, France, Pakistan,
Nepal, India, Cambodia, Indonesia, Australia, Japan, Papua New Guinea, Thailand,
Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Italy, Poland, Israel, Vietnam, Korea
and Angora.
