Accounts Payable Assistant(Korean speaking) 5235BR
LOCATION: Shanghai or Guangzhou

Job Responsibilities:
· Process payment correctly and timely to our internal and external clients
· Process verification step to assure the correctness and truthfulness of vendor information setup
· Produce payment performance indicator and monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliations
· Prepare performance metrics and ad hoc statistic reports
· Answer inquiry from internal and external user

Requirements of Candidate:
· University graduate, major in Economics or accounting is preferred
· Good in both written and oral English, fluent Korean skill is preferred.
· Good computer skills. Experience on JDE, SAP is preferred.
· Multinational company working experience is a plus
· Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
· A team player, willing to work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:
To attend to customer's call and promptly address technical queries which covers product information, product application, product recommendation, product equivalent, compatibility, msds, pds, troubleshooting and customer complaints and other activities which are deemed appropriate.

Requirements of Candidate:
· Degree in Mechanical and /or Chemical Engineering ; Mechanical Engineering Technologist; Chemist

Credit Analyst(Korean or Japanese speaking) 5237BR
LOCATION: Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:
· Manage portfolio of accounts with the designated authority according to DOAG / Credit Policy and Procedures
· Industry monitoring and write-up of key industries for the Lubes/Fuels portfolio for respective country
· Participation in special assignments and projects
· Provide the lead to Law, Business units and outside counsel on credit, collections and legal accounts matters
· Assist Credit Manager/ Credit Supervisor to provide training and guidance to Credit Analysts/Administrators and to business and supporting functions on Credit Policies and Procedures
· Implement the Credit Policy/Addendum and Procedures
· Review and analyze credit proposals for management approval - adequate documentation, risk analysis, security requirement and approval authorities level
· Maintain process for timely and orderly follow-up of customer record review and security re-evaluation
· Coordinate and liaise with other groups (e.g. Business, Customer Service, IT, Controller's & Law) on Credit and System issues
· Analyze Credit statistics and prepare monthly & quarterly reports
· Answer queries from and assist Business personnel in resolving Systems and Credit related, including TAR problem
· Liaise with outside vendors on Credit services
· Input Credit Master data in STRIPES
· Compile market intelligence and keep abreast of current economic/business environment
· Prepare Credit related data for Sales/ Credit to establish/reduce/eliminate bad debt reserve
· Final review of credit proposal and release of credit hold orders in-line with DOAG
· Follow up with Sales on documentation for sales override
· Conduct site visits with Sales on credit assessments and problem customers

Requirements of Candidate:
· Bachelor or Master degree background in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Economics
· High Japanese and/or Korean proficiency and good command of spoken and written English
· Sound business acumen coupled with strong analytical skills
· Sound decision making ability

Operations Support Analyst 5238BR
LOCATION: Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:
· Provide daily level 2 end-user support following problem and change management process
· Maintain/enhance the infrastructure service including printers, voice service, IT room
· Plan and implement daily operations changes
· Coordinate with operations, DIAL and the local vendor for daily operations
· Handle backup tapes and tape movement
· Perform bill verification to ensure timely payment and accuracy
· Ensure compliance with ExxonMobil security and control standards, and carry out control plans as required in Controls Calendar
· Liaise with vendors on projects and routine maintenance issues, highlight performance and measure vendor performance and provide suggestions on vendor improvements

Requirements of Candidate:
· Technical knowledge on general computing skills(Perfered)
· Familiarity with general desktop application support and operations processes
· Strong analytical, communication, customer service skills(Must)
· Work independent and adaptable to changing priorities

Business Service Center Analyst 5362BR
LOCATION: Shanghai
Due to the expansion of our Business Support Center, a number of vacancies are available to well-qualified and energetic graduates who wish to pursue a long term career with a multinational company.

Responsibilities:
· Handle books of accounts of ExxonMobil affiliates served by the Business Support Center in Shanghai
· Perform balance sheet accounts reconciliation for affiliates' books handled in Shanghai
· In charge of Fixed Assets/Inventory/Inter-company/Bank Accounting
· Perform month end close
· Ensure timely and accurate accounting in accordance with PRC regulation and ExxonMobil standards
· Handle financial reporting to meet ExxonMobil requirement and ensure timely submission of
management reports

Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Accounting or related discipline
· Top graduates with outstanding academic results or accomplishments in other areas that show their excellent performance or potential
· Good communication, analystical skills and are willing to learn
