This is my seven year at ExxonMobil. After eight-months of
working as a sales engineer in OXO East/North China sales
team, I was moved to Guangzhou and I joined the South China
team until the end of last year. I then moved back to Shanghai
and had a role in leading the East/North China sales team.
Working in ExxonMobil is challenging, the people around me
make my experience exciting and rewarding. The company continuously
fosters an open atmosphere of learning and experience sharing.
The greatest challenge for me is to learn new things effectively
every day and to apply my learning in my job.

In the past seven years, I have gained valuable working experience
and I was able to witness the many changes and the tremendous
growth of business in ExxonMobil within the Asia Pacific and
China region. I have received exceptionally good training,
development and gained practical experiences in various diverse
teams of likeminded people. I would like to share my experiences
to all new candidates Without doubt, ExxonMobil is one of
the best global company in the world. As the world’s leading
petroleum and petrochemical company, it offers a great work
environment, and potential for growth unmatched any other
organization.

It was an excellent opportunity to interact with senior management
in the campus workshop. They provided me with a better picture
of the job responsibilities and expectations. The presentation
on interview and job application was generally very helpful.
I took heed of their advice and I applied it during my interviews.
At that event, I was college students in a unique and interesting
way. I still keep in touch with some of the team members from
the workshop.
Roger Lv, Sales Representative
Graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University
When I first started in the company, I went through a month
of training and learned a lot about the company policies and
work responsibilities. Supervisor and buddy’s orientations
covering sales work and sales routine allowed me to start
my job well. I also attended the basic product Training, which
was especially helpful for my job.
