我们的搜索工具可以根据地区、职务和具体的工作性质来帮你找到你感兴趣的工作。或，你也可以通过“关键词”来找到一个工作代码，或使用关键词来找到符合你所寻找的工作描述和要求的工作机会。

如果基于你的搜索条件，你现在找不到合适的工作机会。我们建议你先将自己的简历资料上传。

如何申请
首次申请
如果你是首次使用本系统，你需要先在“New User Registration”建立一个使用用户名和密码的“账户”。你必须记住这些帐户信息，以备你每次申请陶氏的职位、或递交/更新你的简历资料所用。

在开始申请前，先准备好你的简历，以备届时提供所需的信息。我们会要求你提供关于你自己的一些个人基本资料，并且要求你回答一些和你所申请的工作直接相关的一些问题。

再次申请
如果你已经拥有账户，你可以通过用户名和密码再次进入自己的“账户”。你可以随时查看或更新你的简历资料。而且，每次你以“Returning User”身份申请新的工作职位的时候，你的申请表格里面会自动填写你资料里面已有的信息。你可以查看资料详情并且回答与你申请的工作相关的一些问题。

网上问卷
网上问卷可以让我们的招聘人员更好的将你的工作能力和经验与你所选的工作机会相匹配。所以你应该尽可能的回答所有的问题。更重要的是你应该根据你的真实情况作答，因为陶氏想要了解真实的你！

Application Process
It is quite easy to apply for a job at Dow! The best way to apply is to use our search tool and apply for the specific positions you are interested in, or you may add your profile to our database.

Searching a Job
Use our job search tool to find a job based on geographic region, position type or specific job function. Alternatively, use the “Keyword” to locate a specific job number or use the “Keyword” to identify opportunities that match your criteria.

If your search does not identify any current job opportunities based on your search criteria, we recommended that you submit your profile. We also recommend that you submit your profile prior to applying for jobs.

How to Apply
First Time Candidate
If you are new to the system, you will need to create a personal account which is protected by a username and your password. It will be important to remember this information, as you will need it each time you apply for a job at Dow or submit/update your profile. We encourage you to update your profile on a regular basis.

Before starting the application process, have a copy of your resume on hand so you are able to provide all the information requested. We will ask you to complete some basic details about yourself and to answer some questions specifically related to the job you are applying for.

Returning Candidate
As a returning candidate, you can access your account with your username and password. You can View or Update your profile information at any time. Alternatively, each time you apply to a new position, sign in as a “Returning user” and the application form will automatically incorporate existing information from your profile. You can view the details and answer some questions related to the job you are applying for.

Online Questionnaire
The online questionnaire enables our recruiters to match your skills and experience to your chosen job opportunity. Because of this, it is important that you answer all questions to the best of your ability. Most importantly, remember to be yourself while answering this questionnaire. Dow wants to know the real you!
