  1. Management Trainee - Engineering

You’ll have or expect a BSc or Masters in:
Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, Management, Accounting, Commercial and other related.

Job Opportunity 1:   Management Trainee - Engineering

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Work with the Asset and HSSE ( Health, Safety, Security and Environment ) team to deliver company HSSE agenda, including civil contractor HSSE compliance and capability development.
2.Support construction and maintenance activities at new and existing sites, including safety, quality, cost and time management.
3.Support the team to develop and review working process, procedures and systems.
4.Assist in feasibility study preparation for new-build and modified sites, including structure investigations, foundation investigation and design, safety codes, site design and construction cost estimates.
5.Support procurement activities to build up a pool of competent vendors and civil contractors. Coordinate with vendors and contractors when implementing the contracts.
6.Custodian of technical standards for site design, construction and equipment. Keep records and files in order and updated.


JOB REQUIREMENT:

1.Bachelor's degree majoring in civil, mechanical or safety engineering
2.Have essential understanding of safety standards and project management concepts.
3.Self Starter and team player
4.Good communication and influencing skill
5.Proficiency in Chinese and English
