Yang Fan Program
Every year, Air Liquide attarcts top graduate students
from famous universities who are willing to start their careers
on the international scene...
Yang Fan is a special international assignment program of
Air Liquide for Chinese Fresh Graduates with Master Degree
Opportunities exist in Business Development, Sales, Marketing,
Engineering, Project, Operations, Finance and other specialized
areas. Positions are available worldwide, particularly in
France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, the US, Canada, Japan,
Taiwan, China, Singapore, Brazil or Argentina.
Yang Fan prepares the best new talent for accelerated advancement
into management or technical positions. With an initial six
months in China and eighteen~ twenty four months oversea,
the candidates are challenged to quickly adapt to a different
culture, learn the business and generate results. At the end
of assignment, the candidates will be ideally positioned to
pursue new opportunities within Air Liquide China.
International Internship Program
International Internship Program was launched in 2002,
as part of Air Liquide's100th anniversary celebration events.
Air Liquide internships provide an exceptional opportunity
to give international exposure to talented students in the
fields of Scientific research, Marketing, Engineering and
Business Development. Students genuinely take part into company
projects and benefit from Air Liquide executives' professional
experience (through daily work and organized special events).
Every year, 30-35 Master students of 1st year around the
world are selected and come during the summer months to work
at Air Liquide in France or in the USA (2 to 3 months in June,
July and August).Interns will have the opportunity to meet
with Air Liquide executives, discover our industrial facilities
and develop an international network with other interns.
Local Fresh Program
Local Fresh Program is Air Liquide in China's annual
local fresh graduate recruitment program, focuses on the fresh
needs of Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Engineering,
Project, Operations, Finance, Human Resource and other specialized
areas in all of subsidiaries of Air Liquide China.
